The hotel is located very close to the historical site of the Imperial City. The hotel’s amenities are perfect, we had everything that we need. The room was spacious, with AC, cleaned bed sheets, mini bar. The room was silent. Everything was very clean. The staff was amazing, they were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Anna gave us some advice in planning our days that we spent in Hue, she advise us to take a private driver to go to some places that we were unable to go there by ourselves. One of the girls also help us to order food on our departure day. The breakfast was average and the food had good quality.

My room was spacious and clean - the bathroom was nice and modern, the shower was good with good warm water. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet to sleep. The hotel is in great location on one of the main streets so it's easy to walk to lots of places. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean room, TV with English language stations. Cold glass of water everytime I entered the hotel. The tour of Hue they hooked me up with was exceptional. Will get a room with a window next time overlooking the street. Good breakfast in the morning.

The Jade is always a comfortable , clean, safe place and located conveniently . The staff are exceptional especially the receptionist. This is our third stay here and it never disappoints . Breakfast is simple and tasty enough . If you want buffet or 5 star breakfast go somewhere else . One other thing that sets this apart is how quiet this hotel is no one banging doors, moving furniture or yelling in the corridor ( well it wasn't the times we stayed) that's an added bonus when travelling . We will return when in Hue again .

The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. They offer great advice for things to do and their prices are great. The housekeeping is always perfectly done. They make sure to have water when you leave on an excursion and when you come back. Breakfast is very good as well. Plenty of choice on top of a juice and fruit platter daily.

We experienced unusual circumstances in Hue- it flooded! The lobby was mid calf deep with water when we woke our first morning, the streets were flooded and only navigable by boat. Luckily we had arrived early enough the first day so that despite rain, we were able to visit the citadel & walk about the city before being confined to the hotel for the entire next day. The staff were incredible- Serving breakfadt on the stairs, preparing unplanned meals fir guests & helping with arrangements for travel out (boats to higher ground & onward) Oanh, the ever cheerful young woman manager was a rock star, helping everyone manage this unforeseen obstacle.

Nice hotel, well located in Hue, staff very nice and available, to provide support for tours etc. Rooms are simple but have all you need, fridge and even safe. Breakfast was simple but good (except coffee)

The staff were extremely friendly and helped me arrange transportation to Hoi An. They also helped me book a day tour around the city for an amazing price. I wouldn't have been able to reach all the sites on my own if hadn't booked the tour with them. Yhe tour was very reasonable priced 350k Dong.(not including the price of admmision to the sites) . The guide didn't speak the best English bit I could still pick up some of the important information. One thing to note is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator so either ask for the first floors of you don't want to climb a lot of stairs. Otherwise the staff make this place a great gem.

Location was great. 10 min walk to “walking street” and the main area for bars and restaurants in the evening and only 30 min walk to the citedel so close to everything. If you’re taking a night bus the door off area is also really close around 5 mins to walk. The host Wan was super nice and helpful, providing a tourist map and circling recommendations. They can also book tours and onward transport if you need. She was lovely. Breakfast was basic but more than good enough especially as free and the room is very reasonable price. Comfy bed, aircon and my room had a bath. Great stay.

The hotel staff/management were possibly the best I’ve ever experienced . The lady on the front desk was amazing with help and advise and always had the biggest smile even after 13 hours at work , the rest of the guys were there at all times to help , carry bags and if you stand too long in the same spot bring you a glass of water 😂. They make the hotel quite special . The room was clean , bed really comfortable , and very hot shower . Breakfast was more than required all at a great price . One of the best 👍
